On-hired workers are workers employed and paid by a company which requires them to undertake the majority of their tasks or functions for a host or client company, usually under the host company's direction.

Programs are designed and wherever possible facilities set up to enhance flexibility of delivery in order to maximise the opportunity for access and participation by disadvantaged students.
Your Training Consultant can assist you in the sourcing of appropriate support service providers that may help you overcome barriers and/or personal issues.
Should you and your employer decide to select MMTC Ltd as your Training Provider, a Training Consultant will visit you to discuss the Training Program in more detail including the development of a Training Plan, identification of any required off-the-job training, Assessment Methods and their frequency.

Group Training
Group Training is an innovative and valuable service that can benefit you and your business.
It's a cost-effective way of employing Trainees and Apprentices in your work place, giving you the opportunity to give someone a head start in their career, as well as reducing the burden on your business by not having to deal with the sometimes monotonous paperwork involved.
We are able to share the Trainee or Apprentice with other host employers, which means that if business slows or you only have part time hours available we can place them with several hosts, which contributes to the Apprentice/Trainee's development.
What is it you want from a Group Training Company?
Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd (MMTC Ltd) can provide that support for you, your Apprentice and your business. We look after all of the following for you:
Paying your Apprentice or Trainee
We pay your Apprentice/Trainee on a weekly basis under the appropriate Award or Enterprise Agreement. This frees you from tedious payroll tasks.
Invoicing
We issue itemised weekly invoices and monthly statements which can be emailed, faxed or posted to you.
Direct Debits
We have a direct debit system for the convenience of our host employers. It will save you time and money issuing or mailing cheque payments.
Goverment Obligations
We deal with all the time-consuming and difficult government charges, paperwork and updates involving PAYG tax and superannuation.
Personnel Records
MMTC Ltd maintains all personnel records for your apprentice/trainee.
WorkCover
As the legal employer of the Apprentice/Trainee, all the WorkCover paperwork is handled by our OH&S Officer. Any claims are processed against our WorkCover policy.
Sourcing your Apprentice or Trainee
When you contact us to source you an Apprentice or Trainee, we take care of the following:
- arrange vacancy advertising
- screen and shortlist applicants
- conduct pre-selection interviews and aptitude testing
- schedule and conduct all interviews
- carry out all reference checking
- handle all information confidentially.
MMTC Ltd will advertise positions for as long as the employer would like, any employers who do advertise with us will be kept anonymous (unless requested otherwise), until the interview stage. All applications for positions through MMTC Ltd are treated as confidential.
