Who is the Code for?
This Code applies to all Australian Apprenticeships Centres and their staff. It represents the minimum standards to be applied in all their dealings with employers, Australian Apprentices and other interested persons.The aim of the Code: The aim of the Code is to ensure the delivery of high quality support services, with high standards of ethical behaviour exhibited to all parties concerned

Services include:
- Providing information on Apprenticeship options to employers and prospective Australian Apprentices
- Assist Employers & Australian Apprentices with the training options available to them
- Marketing and promoting Apprenticeships in the local area
- Assist Employers & Australian Apprentices to complete all Apprenticeship documentation
- Process all Australian Government paperwork and administer incentive payments to Employers & Australian Apprentices
- Establishing effective relationships with Australian Government contracted Job Network Members, training providers, schools, and other organisations
- Provide support during the training period to Employers & Australian Apprentices
